For this portion, I compressed each image to quality level 30 of each application. This basically just compares each
applications "arbitrary" slider position.
We once again see Fireworks produce file sizes much smaller than Photoshops, but in this case, the Photoshop images look pretty good,
while the image quality from Fireworks is completely unacceptable.
